Privacy, inquiries, and first-party website analytics

Trade inquiry information

When you submit an inquiry, we process the answers you provide, such as your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, country or region, sourcing needs, and any product SKU attached to the inquiry. We use this information only to review your request, contact you, prepare quotations, and manage the resulting business follow-up.

The inquiry form requires you to confirm that you have read this notice. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information in free-text answers.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry records are retained for 24 months from the most recent follow-up. After that period, contact details and specific answers are deleted, leaving only non-personal aggregate counts. An authorised administrator may extend the retention of a completed transaction where continued business record-keeping is necessary. Protected operational backups are retained for no more than 90 days, and the same expiry cleanup is applied after a restoration.

First-party website analytics

Our analytics run on the company’s own server to help us understand website traffic, language usage, and approximate visitor distribution. We may record:

• Page visit time, the language in use, and an intentional language change;
• Device category and the referring website’s domain;
• Approximate country, region, and city derived locally from an offline geolocation database.

A raw IP address is used only in memory during request handling for local, approximate geolocation. It is never written to the analytics database or retained in logs for analytics purposes, and it is not sent to a third-party analytics provider.

Event-level analytics are retained for 90 days; daily and monthly aggregates may be retained long term. These aggregates do not contain raw IP addresses.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we do not record that analytics event. Geographic results are approximate and may be affected by VPNs, proxies, or network gateways.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete inquiry information associated with you, subject to applicable business record-keeping requirements. To make a request, contact us through the inquiry form on the corporate website and clearly state that your message concerns privacy.
